Supplier Network Management

To effectively manage the supply base, reducing overall procurement risks and costs, Jazalla has developed a solution that maximizes the value of supplier relationships by ensuring quality throughout the supplier relationship lifecycle. It improves the entire purchasing process by providing buyers and suppliers the needed visibility and control of the process through supplier portal.

The Supplier Network contains a central repository of supplier and buyer profiles, which include company activities in accordance with the International Standard Industrial Classification for All Economic Activities (ISIC 4), contact information, product presentation, technical capabilities, logos, skills, roles, and responsibilities to facilitate trade with a broader purchasing base. To ensure legality, suppliers and buyers are required to provide an official commercial registration number and business domain (email) as part of the registration.

The system has a feature that allows suppliers to request registration to be included in the supplier network of a specified buyer organization. Likewise, buyers' organizations can invite suppliers to join their own network. This feature will provide an easy process for supplier sourcing and pre-qualification.

Jazalla has a performance measurement function that allows organizations to evaluate supplier performance against other best suppliers in the network, or compare the performance of suppliers in the network through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). It also allows purchasing organizations to send targeted and personalized messages to large audiences of suppliers simultaneously and easily create surveys or other web forms for their inclusion.
