The system will ensure that the items ordered in the purchase order, the quantity received by the buyer and the amount invoiced are accurate in order to have greater control over the expenses.
The invoice can be generated automatically once the products have been delivered and received by the buyer, which will enable the system to immediately issue a delivery receipt notice to start creating the invoice. The supplier can issue the invoice to the buyer for payment electronically or through pdf format. Vendor can manage invoices by confirming invoices that have been paid and approved for payment and that are still being approved.
The invoice will be electronically barcoded and QR for easy scanning, tracking and payment.
Jazalla's delivery management solution has a two-way matching feature to check what was ordered against what was received and approved, and any discrepancies are flagged for corrections. Jazalla will help make sure that you only pay for what was actually ordered and received.
The system will keep track of received orders, ensuring that future deliveries arrive on time and at the correct location. Items received can be assigned to specific locations in the inventory management system to track the location of the merchandise.
The payment of invoices will be done outside the platform through transfer of fund from bank account to another account.
