Local Content Management

Jazalla provides a local content engine that supports the implementation and monitoring of local content requirements in order to fulfill government obligation.

The system provides a configurable model for calculating the contribution of each supplier and service provider during the bidding process. Jazalla Dashboard monitors the implementation of local content electronically after a contract or purchase order is awarded.

The platform presents high-level performance targets for local content that includes national employees in the workforce, local procurement, and local support and development categories. It sets targets against any metrics configured and can provide a list of items purchased and classification of a national workforce.

The system calculates the subcontractor’s local content contribution and is included in the main contractor’s local content target.
