Catalogue Management

Jazalla has developed an efficient catalog management to allow suppliers to display their products and specifications in accordance with the United Nations Standard Product Specification Code (UNSPSC). You can create and edit product catalogs, and decide which buyers will have access to them. Now you'll have more control over what's in your catalogs and what's offered to buyers.

Users can also track the purchase history of each item and set target costs for regularly ordered goods and services. The system allows buyers to associate items with authorized suppliers which will provide a significant advantage to identify what is associated with each supplier catalog.

Centralized master data is developed to allow suppliers to manage product and catalog data to store, upload, and access relevant raw data, detailed product information, long texts, ratings, images, prices and discounts. It also made it easier for suppliers to upload catalog data in bulk using a spreadsheet file. The catalog can contain many data feed files and must be in CSV, TSV, or XML format.
